Paul Quiel, 69, of Bloomfield, Indiana, died Feb. 10 at Glenburn Home in Linton, Indiana.

Paul was born April 27, 1956, in St. Louis to Robert and Jane (née Aubertin) Quiel. He was a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.

Paul was self-employed in structural steel engineering. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in St. Louis and attended the Bloomfield Methodist Church in Indiana. Paul enjoyed scuba diving and was a certified instructor with PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors). He was a travel and sales accountant for Southern Indiana Scuba.

Paul’s surviving relatives include his wife and his stepchildren; his sister, Theresa (Larry) Bellizzi; his brother, Donald Quiel; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
