Bobette L. “Bobbie” Matter, 78, died March 23, 2026.

Bobbie was the beloved wife of David Matter; the devoted mother of Dave (Molly) Matter and Katie (Chris) Jennings; the adoring grandmother of Cooper Jennings and Jackson, Connor and William Matter; the cherished daughter of the late Robert and Shirley Clauss (née Reifeiss); the loving sister of Mark (Christy) Clauss and the late Jeff Clauss; the dearest sister-in-law of Nedra (the late John) Bohannon; and the special cousin of Craig (Pam) Humphries and JoAnne (the late Les) Diveley. She was a dear aunt, great aunt, cousin, niece, and friend to many.

Heart Association are greatly appreciated.

A visitation will be held on April 6 at Kutis Funeral Home's Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Road, from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral will be held on April 7 at 11 a.m. at the Kutis Funeral Home's Affton Chapel, with an interment at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery to follow.
