Oakville resident Anne B. LaTragna, seated, was honored during a recent ceremony at Meridian Chapter No. 442 of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was presented with a pin recognizing 50 years of service to the order. Mary Louise Scanlon, right, who accepted LaTragna’s membership petition 50 years ago, and her daughter Mary LaTragna, also a member, presented the pin. During the past 50 years, Anne B. LaTragna has served the chapter every year as either a chapter or state officer.
