Michael and Peg-gy Nice of Oak-ville announce the birth of their third child, Andrew Jo-seph, 19½ inches, 8 pounds, 4 oun-ces. He was born Dec. 24 at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Elder children are Michael, 7 and Abigail, 3.

Maternal grandparents are Bob and Mary Wittmann of St. Charles.

Paternal grandparents are Eleanor and John Johnson of Arnold and Glen and Mary Nice of Mehlville.
