NEW: Mehlville schedules Prop C open houses

Mehlville School District residents interested in learning how the funding from Proposition C — an 88-cent tax increase proposal on the Nov. 2 ballot would affect each of the district’s schools are invited to attend open houses that will take place at district schools during October, according to a district news release.
Every open house will include details on how the Prop C funding would directly impact the host school and its students, the release stated. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with experts on each aspect of the Prop C plan and receive answers to their questions.
The open house schedule is as follows:
6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5, at Beasley Elementary School and at Point Elementary School
6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 6, at Hagemann Elementary School
6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 11, at Blades Elementary School
6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, at Oakville Elementary School
4:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14, at Mehlville Senior High School and at Oakville Senior High School — during parent-teacher conferences
6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18, at Bierbaum Elementary School and at Rogers Elementary School
6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, at Wohlwend Elementary School
4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, at Oakville Middle School and at Bernard Middle School — during parent-teacher conferences
6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, at Forder Elementary School
6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, at Trautwein Elementary and at Washington Middle School
6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, at Margaret Buerkle Middle School
