Rich and Nikki Minda announce the birth of their second child, Brooke Elise, 18 inches, 4 pounds, 14 ounces. She was born June 2 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Elder child is Richard, 1½.
Maternal grandparents are Pete and Brenda Fleis of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are Larry and Sandy Youngblood of Oakville.
