Mehlville to hold its first classified job fair

The Mehlville School District is hiring. The district will host a classified job fair Monday, Oct. 14, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Nottelmann Auditorium at Mehlville High School, 3200 Lemay Ferry Road.

The district is hiring employees for school food and nutrition, maintenance, transportation, facilities and technology. Employees receive retirement benefits, health, vision, dental and life insurance, paid vacation time and holidays off.

“Anyone in our community can come to our job fair and find an opportunity that suits them,” Executive Director of Human Resources Jennifer Hansen said.  “We know our area is full of hardworking people. This job fair will let us show them all that we have to offer.”

Jefferson County is also hosting its first-ever job fair Wednesday, Oct. 23 at the Fox Service Center, 849 Jeffco Blvd., from 3 to 7 p.m.

The Jefferson County job fair is sponsored by the Fox School District, Jefferson College, the city of Arnold and the Arnold Chamber of Commerce.
