Hagemann Elementary fourth-grade students offer these New Year’s resolutions.
Almir — My resolution is going outside and exploring the world more.
Noah — My resolution is to do more around the house to help my dad and help with my dog.
Sophia — My resolution is to play with my sister more because I do not play with my sister a lot.
Naila — My resolution is to work harder in math because I am not the best at long division and I want to get better.
Elyse — My resolution is I want to write 10 or more pages of my book a day because I keep on starting new books and never finishing them.
Anna — My resolution is to pick up all the trash on the ground and to not kill the earth, to not stay in my room all day and hang out with my family.
Ryan — My resolution is to help people in need.
Reed — My resolution is to stop playing video games all the time and spend more time with my family.
Liam — My resolution is to recycle more so that things that are reusable are reused and not thrown away.
Samantha — My resolution is to be nice to my brothers even though they are mean to me.
Will — My resolution is to spread kindness. I can achieve this by painting rocks that say nice things and leaving them in places … send nice messages to friends, family and dropping off care packages to friends, family and neighbors because some people might feel or be lonely and need some kindness during these difficult times.

Josephine — My New Year’s Resolution is to get a kitten, be even nicer to my little sis and make new friends in my new school and on my new street.
Kayla — My New Year’s Resolution is that I am going to clean my room every day without my mom and dad telling me to. My last resolution is I am going to practice rollerblading every day.
Gabe — My New Year’s Resolution is for my YouTube channel to hit at least 50 subscribers by improving my editing skills and holding my camera more steady.
Carlie — My New Year’s Resolution is that I want to be able to gallop on a horse. I will practice by trotting, cantering and my balancing. I will also practice by keeping my eyes ahead and not down on the horse.
Gabriel — My New Year’s Resolution is to take a break on electronics and spend time with my family.
Carter — My New Year’s Resolution is to enjoy it.
Aidan — My New Year’s Resolution is I want to start having a better attitude like not telling my mom no.
Erin — My New Year’s Resolution is to get my back handspring on a trampoline and to get more friends but still be really good friends with my friends right now.
Liam — My New Year’s Resolution is to do better at soccer and try not to lose.
Samuel — My New Year’s Resolution is I will work out to get stronger.

Lottie — My New Year’s Resolution is to get more exercise by taking walks around the neighborhood five times each week.

Grayson — My New Year’s Resolution is to get to the max level on my game. My second resolution is to make sure I turn in my assignments on time.
