Mehlville School District will offer grab-and-go meals during COVID-19 shutdown

Mehlville+School+District+will+offer+grab-and-go+meals+during+COVID-19+shutdown

The Mehlville School District will provide free meals for students during the COVID-19 shutdown March 23 to April 3. 

Free meals will be available for pick-up from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, March 23, through Friday, April 3 at Mehlville High School, 3200 Lemay Ferry Road. 

Meals are only for students 18 or younger living in the Mehlville School District. 

Meals will be curbside pickup. Families are asked to remain in their cars. Staff members will deliver a sack lunch and breakfast to the vehicle for each student present. A student must be present to receive a meal. 

In addition, school buses will be used to deliver meals to six additional locations. Meals can be picked up from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

  • Jefferson Townhomes, 333 Tuckahoe Drive. 
  • Lemay Manor I and Lemay Manor II, 3950 Adworth Drive. 
  • Casa Brazilia, Casa Brazilia Drive. 
  • The Vineyards, Daiquiri Lane, near the tennis court area. 
  • Bierbaum Elementary School, 2050 Union Road. 
  • Oakville High School, 5557 Milburn Road. 

Voluntary Interdistrict Choice Corporation, or VICC, students may access grab-and-go meals through St. Louis Public Schools. Visit www.slps.org/meals for more information.
