Lindbergh High Mothers’ Club sets annual Holiday Home Tour

The Lindbergh High School Mothers’ Club will present its 36th annual Holiday House Tour and Craft Boutique Sunday, Dec. 4.

The “Homes for the Holidays” tour will feature six one-of-a-kind homes.

From a custom-built contemporary, to a gracious Grantwood Village ranch, to an Italianate villa with a mysterious past, participants will be delighted to explore them all, according to a Lindbergh Schools news release.

Also, in light of the growing demand for mid-century workmanship and design, three homes will showcase how thoughtful renovation can bring new life to the ’50s-era ranch homes so common throughout this area, the release stated.

House tours will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tour-goers can start the day or take a break during the tour with an elegant brunch from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Anheuser-Busch Conference Center. The Anheuser-Busch Conference Center is at 1 Soccer Park Road in Fenton.

In addition, shopping at the holiday craft boutique, also at the Conference Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., is free and open to the public.

More than 30 crafters and artisans will offer everything from holiday décor and jewelry to gourmet food and fine art.

The LHS Mothers’ Club is grateful to the families who are willing to share their homes, and know participants will enjoy visiting them, the release stated.

Proceeds from the Holiday House Tour and Craft Boutique help the Lindbergh High School Mothers’ Club continue to provide academic support to Lindbergh students and staff.

This includes college scholarships, teacher and classroom grant requests and significant funding for the Renaissance Program.

The cost is $32 for tour tickets that include brunch. Tickets will be on sale through noon Nov. 28.

Tour-only tickets cost $20 and are on sale through Dec. 4 Shopping at the craft boutique does not require a ticket.

Tickets are on sale at these locations:

• Merb’s Candies, 11644 Concord Village Ave.

• Lindbergh Schools Administration Office, 4900 S. Lindbergh Blvd.

• Sunset Hills Community Center, 3915 S. Lindbergh Blvd.
