Lindbergh athletes honored for sportsmanship

For the fifth straight year, Lindbergh High School has been named a Leadership School by the Missouri State High School Activities Association.

The award recognizes Lindbergh athletes, teams and the athletic program for promoting sportsmanship, team play, personal excellence and community involvement, according to a Lindbergh School District news release.

“Being named a Leadership School is a tremendous honor for our students and coaches who work to promote excellence and sportsmanship both on and off the field and court,” Athletics Director Mike Slyman stated in the news release.
