The Kiwanis Club of South County recently honored Officer Brandon O’Brien, formerly of the Affton Southwest Precinct of the St. Louis County Police Department but currently of the county Police Department’s K-9 Unit, as its Officer of the Quarter. O’Brien was honored for his untiring dedication and service to the south county community. Kiwanis Club member Steve Dodson presented O’Brien with a certificate of recognition and a gift card to a local restaurant. Also pictured is Capt.
