Born in St. Louis, Mrs. Toth resided in Oakville. She was a supervisor for the St. Louis County Board of Election Commissioners.
Survivors include her son, Joshua Banta; daughter, Jessica Toth; father, Edwin Dave Banta; sisters, Loretta, Maryanne and Jennifer; brothers, Richard, Timothy and Paul; and one grandson. Mrs. Toth was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen M. Banta.
Services and visitation were at Kutis South County Chapel.
