The JB Blast, south St. Louis County’s biggest Fourth of July celebration, is returning to Jefferson Barracks Park for its 20th year.
This family-friendly evening will start at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, at the Amphitheater in Jefferson Barracks Park. This year, the Blast will feature a concert from 7 to 9 p.m., with fireworks to follow. Admission and parking are free and there will be plenty of food available for purchase, including a variety of food trucks. Blankets, picnic baskets and coolers are welcome.
The South Side Johnny Band will perform songs across genres of music, including: pop/rock, oldies, Motown, and dance classics from the 1950s to today and, in keeping with the holiday celebration, some patriotic favorites.
