Jeff and Dara Ilko of Oakville announce the birth of their first child, Shelby Elizabeth, 20 inches, 7 pounds, 15 ounces. She was born Nov. 11 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
Maternal grandparents are Debbie and Alan Roeder of High Ridge and Dave Kellogg of West Palm Beach, Fla.
Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Claude Ilko of Washington.
