Jason and Amy Hurt of Concord an-nounce the birth of their second child, Charlotte Elise, 7 pounds, 6 ounces. She was born April 16 at St. John’s Mer-cy Medical Center.
Maternal grandparents are LaDonna and Dan Carroll of Oakville.
Paternal grandparents are Karen and Ron Hurt of Oakville.
