Jim and Lisa Howard of Columbia announce the birth of their third daughter, Matilda Mae, 21.5 inches, 10 pounds, 9 ounces. She was born May 29 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Elder children are Gwen, 6, and Molly, 3.
