The Green Park Chamber of Commerce will conduct its annual awards banquet Feb. 23 at Bartolino’s South.

The chamber will honor the Business Per-son of the Year and the Citizen of the Year and announce the winners of the Young Entrepreneur Scholarship Fund.

The Young Entrepreneur Scholarship Fund will award one male and one female pupil a $250 savings bond for outstanding academic achievement and/or community involvement or other outstanding talent in sports or in the arts. Green Park pupils be-tween the ages of 12 to 18 are eligible.

The Citizen of the Year and Business Person of the Year Awards recognize those who have made an outstanding contribution to the community.

Nominations must be submitted by Jan. 30. Applications are available by calling Chamber of Commerce President Jim Smoot at (314) 487-0054.
