Lindbergh High School will conduct its Winter Green and Gold celebration Monday, Nov. 22.

The Lindbergh Organization of Optimistic Parents will serve as host of the event, which features athletes from all winter sports teams.

The Green and Gold gala will take place at 6 p.m. in Gym 3 at Lind-bergh High School, 4900 S. Lind-bergh Blvd.

LOOP is sponsoring a “Fanatic Flyer Fan” contest, with prizes for the greatest fans from the elementary, middle and high school levels, according to a news release.

Athletes from the Flyer wrestling, basketball and swim teams will be introduced, and the cheerleaders and pompon teams will perform.

The evening also will feature face painting and refreshments will be available from the concession stand.
