The Gateway Grizzlies will hold a “Drive-In Fireworks Show and Parking Lot Party” this weekend to celebrate the Fourth of July.
The event will be held Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, at the GCS Credit Union Ballpark in Sauget, the home of the Grizzlies minor-league baseball team.
With the Grizzlies not playing this year, traditions like the annual Fourth of July fireworks at the stadium won’t look normal this year, but will be adapted for COVID-19 and social distancing.
The event will feature a light show and DJ Tony Patrico of 105.7 the Point, plus the ballpark’s largest fireworks show to date, the Grizzlies said.
Ticket prices are as follows:
Gold lot with front-row parking closest to the ballpark is $150 per car.
The White lot with prime seating for the DJ and light show will be $40 per car. The Red grass lot with prime seating for the fireworks will be $30 per car.
The Blue lot, a gravel lot with prime seating for fireworks, is also $30.
Tickets are only presold, not sold on site. For safety purposes only every other parking site will be sold.
