A benefit for Oakville Senior High graduate Ben Vogelsang, who has been diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer, will take place from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, at Oakville Elks Lodge 2726, 4261 Berg Hill Drive.

The cost is $25 per person with tables seating up to eight. The benefit features a dinner and silent auction.

Vogelsang, 21, is a student at Rankin Technical School. He was a wrestler at Oakville as well as a baseball player for a select team during and after high school.
