The Sappington House, 1015 Sappington Road, is continuing a series of interpretive guided museum tours focused on African Americans, women and Native Americans today at 1 and 3 p.m. Cost is $10, waived if you become a Sappington House member. Today’s focus is on pioneer women. How did women experience and influence life at Sappington House in the early 1800s? The Barn restaurant will be serving re-imagined frontier snacks.
