Join St. Anthony’s Medical Center, 10010 Kennerly Road, on National Healthcare Decision Day for a  free event to receive information and tools to talk about your wishes with family, friends and healthcare providers, and complete your written advance directives (healthcare power of attorney and living will).

Hear Edward Burns, MD, an internal medicine physician with special interests in hospice and palliative medicine, give a 45-minute presentation entitled, “Advance Directives – The What, Why and How of Advance Care Planning” and ask him your questions at one of the following times: 10 a.m., 2 p.m., 5 p.m. Free valet parking and light refreshments will be provided.
