Anthony Ray Hinton, author of the 2018 Oprah Book Club selection, “The Sun Does Shine: How I Found Life and Freedom on Death Row”, will deliver a keynote address at St. Louis County Library Headquarters, 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd. 63131, as part of the library’s Black History Month celebrations. The event begins at 7 p.m.
