Elsie M. Foushee (nee Mattel), 89, died Jan. 30.

Born in St. Louis, Mrs. Foushee resided in Oakville.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert M. Foushee Jr., Donald and Patricia Foushee and Kenneth and Mary Foushee; sister and brother-in-law, Enes and Adolph Scatizzi; brother and sister-in-law, Peter and Alice Mattel; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Foushee was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Foushee.

Services and visitation were conducted at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Burial was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. The family was served by Kutis South County Chapel.
