Russell and Melissa Dabbs of Arnold announce the birth of their second child, Ryan Howard, 193⁄4 inches, 8 pounds, 5 ounces. He was born May 4 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.

Elder child is Camden, 2.

Paternal grandparents are Russell and Barbara Dabbs of House Springs.
