The Crestwood Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of a minor site plan for the Imo’s location at 9600 Watson Road Oct. 7.
Changes include an overall aesthetic update, the addition of a patio where people can eat and a reconstruction of the parking lot to aid the pickup window area.
Ward 4 Alderman Tony Kennedy said he’s glad to see an update for the parking lot as it’s rundown currently.
“My concern is the condition of the parking lot is terrible,” Kennedy said. “If you haven’t been through there, there are some horrible potholes and I just don’t think it reflects well on the city.”
Applicant Gabe McKee said the whole lot will be repaved and restriped upon completion of the project.
