This year is the 75th anniversary of Crestwood and the city has been celebrating all year with golf tournaments, trivia nights, socials and concerts, with a parade, 5K run and other all-day events scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 15.
The Oct. 15 festivities begin at 8 a.m. with a 5K “pumpkin pie run” at Whitecliff Park, 9245 Whitecliff Park Lane, followed by a citywide parade on Watson Road at noon. Fireworks, visible from the Watson Road corridor, will conclude the all-day events at 8:30 p.m. Taste of Crestwood is scheduled for the same day after the parade, with music and food scheduled at multiple locations throughout the city and live on-air programming with KSHE 95.
