The Crestwood Police Department will host Coffee with a Cop and Pizza with the Police Friday, Oct. 18 at the Starbucks in Crestwood.
The event is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Starbucks, 9590 Watson Road.
Free coffee from Starbucks will be provided, along with free Imo’s Pizza for children and a free nacho bar courtesy of San Jose Mexican restaurant. Additionally, there will be free giveaways and prize drawings.
Coffee with a Cop provides a unique opportunity for community members to ask questions and learn more about the department’s work in Crestwood. All community members are invited to attend.
The majority of contact law enforcement has with the public happens during emergency or emotional situations. Coffee with a Cop breaks down barriers and allows for a relaxed, one-on-one interaction.
