Lindbergh Schools and Crestwood officials, alongside students, held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Dec. 1 for the new sidewalks for students to Crestwood and Sappington elementary schools, pictured above. Crestwood Mayor Scott Shipley and Lindbergh Superintendent Tony Lake cut the ceremonial ribbon.

The sidewalk projects, located off Sappington Road and on Pardee Road, received a $60,000 contribution from the district, enhancing walkable routes for families.

“As community partners, Lindbergh Schools and the City of Crestwood share a commitment to supporting safe walking routes to school and healthy lifestyle choices for students, families and residents in our community,” Lake said in a press release.
