Marcus and Tracey Bidlack of Oakville announce the birth of their second child, Scott Howard, 201⁄2 inches, 7 pounds, 3 ounces. He was born April 18 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
Elder child is Beau Allen, 21⁄2.
Maternal grandparents are Sam and Debbie Catanzaro of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are Richard and Michelle Bidlack of Jerseyville, Ill.

Marcus and Tracey Bidlack of Oakville announce the birth of their first child, Beau Allen, 19¾ in-ches, 6 pounds, 10 ounces. He was born July 30 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Cen-ter.
