Betty Lawrence Von Rump (nee McKee), 82, died Feb. 1 after more than a decades struggle with Alzheimers disease.
Born Jan. 26, 1935 in Laurel, Miss., Mrs. Von Rump was a resident of Crestwood.
She was a graduate of Washington Universitys physical therapy program, a longtime golf club champion at Westborough Country Club and a former Missouri senior golf champion.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur Von Rump, DDS; children Stephen Von Rump of Crestwood, Carol Ketcherside of Phoenix, Ariz., Kathy Lutgen of Kokomo, Ind.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fannie Mae and Lawrence McKee, and brother Charles McKee.
