The St. Louis County Department of Public Health is providing back-to-school immunizations through Sept. 1.
The opportunity to get immunizations and COVID-19 vaccinations at little to no-cost is being offered from 8:30 to 11 a.m. and 12:30 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the following county health centers:
• South County Health Center, 4580 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Sunset Hills, 63127
• John C. Murphy Health Center, 6121 N. Hanley Road, Berkeley, 63134
• North Central Community Health Center, 4000 Jennings Station Road, Pine Lawn, 63121
The COVID-19 clinics at all three health centers will be closed July 28 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. for staff training. The closures includes the MPOX clinic at the North Central Community Health Center. The vaccine clinics will resume regular hours that day following the conclusion of staff training.
Patients with insurance are encouraged to bring their insurance card with them to the clinic. No appointments are necessary and students are asked to bring a copy of their shot records with them. Missouri students must be current on specific immunizations before stating a new school year. See the list of state-required immunizations at health.mo.gov/living/wellness/immunizations/pdf/2024-school-requirements.pdf.
Due to the volume at back-to-school time, the Department of Public Health may limit the number of individuals vaccinated on any given day.
