Kadean Construction Co., of Fenton, is erecting a 90,300-square-foot flex office center — the first building to emerge at Gravois Bluffs Business Park in Fenton.
GJ Grewe Inc., the developer of the 40-acre business park, has leased the nearly 40 percent of the building to its first tenant, a Sears Outlet Store.
The new building is the first of two office/service centers totaling 115,800 square feet that are planned for a 6.1 acre site east of Grewe’s 300 acre Gravois Bluffs Retail Center.
Located on a prominent site just east of Wal-Mart, the business park offers quick access to I-44, I-55, I-270, Highway 30 and Highway 141 in south St. Louis County.
