Elisabeth Anne Archer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Archer of Ottumwa, Iowa, and John David Twillmann, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Twillmann of St. Louis, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Archer is a graduate of Luther College and the University of Iowa College of Law. She serves as a law clerk for the chief judge of the Southern District of Iowa.
Her fiancé, Twillmann, is a graduate of the University of Iowa and the University of Iowa College of Law. He serves as corporate counsel for Rueter Cos.
The couple plan a November wedding.
They will reside in Des Moines, Iowa.
