Tender Turkey in a Reynolds Kitchen Oven Bag

10 to 24 pound turkey – thawed

1 tablespoon flour

4 ribs celery – cut into halves

1 medium onion – cut into quarters

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon. Black Pepper

1 cup Water

1 Reynolds oven bag – turkey size

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. For a 10 pound turkey, bake 1½ to 2 hours.  For a 24 pound turkey, bake 2 ½ to 3 hours.

2. Shake flour into oven bag, Place bag in large roasting pan. Spray inside of bag with Pam. Add vegetables to bag.

3. Remove neck and giblets from turkey. Rinse and dry turkey. Brush with oil. Rub salt and pepper over turkey. Place in oven bag – breast side down for a very moist breast.

4. Add 1 cup of water to bag. Close bag with tie. Make six small slits in the top of the bag. Bake according to time table.

5. Let turkey rest 15 minutes. Slice.

Enjoy a very moist turkey!
