Turkey Stuffing Balls
2 cups mashed potatoes
2 cups stuffing
1 cup shredded turkey
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, stuffing, shredded turkey, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with left over gravy or cranberry sauce.
These are so good and a fun food to eat. Kids love them! Easy and quick to make and a great way to use leftovers!
