Sixth District County Councilman Ernie Trakas, R-Oakville, is hosting what he is calling “Half-Time” town halls at the two-year mark of his four-year term starting this weekend.
In a Facebook post, he said he will discuss various issues at the town halls, including the proposed city-county merger.
There will be two town halls.
The first happens from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 16, at Cliff Cave Library, 5430 Telegraph Road in Oakville.
The second town hall will take place from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, on the second floor at the Jefferson Barracks Visitors Center at 345 North Road.
