Lola Neudling celebrated her 103rd birthday on Dec. 13.
To commemorate the momentous occasion, The Grande at Laumeier Park – the senior living community Neudling resides in – threw her a celebration with cake and ice cream. Neudling’s daughter, Joe Ridenhour, and grandson, Gary Ridenhour, attended the special event.
“Lola tells us ‘a satisfied mind’ creates joy and happiness for her, and we are happy to toast her milestone birthday as a community,” Beverly Rector, executive director of The Grande at Laumeier Park said.
With another year under her belt, Neudling takes the crown of family member to live the longest. Just this year she surpassed a record set by her father, who lived to 102.
