The cities of Sunset Hills and Crestwood are bringing back the old school style carnival SunCrest Fest Saturday, Sept. 18.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Kitun Park, 12343 Eddie and Park Road, with a parade starting at 10:15 a.m. at Southview Middle School, 11660 Eddie and Park Road.

Activities at the celebration include professional carnival rides with two large attractions, classic carnival games, live music by TJ Mueller, The Greg Heaney Group, The Lindbergh Strolling Strings, and The Wild House Kats, with over 24 food booths, kids activities and more.

The festival is free to attend but ride and game tickets are required to use the facilities.

This is the third SunCrest Fest since its inception in 2018, after a year off in 2020 because of COVID-19.
