The St. Louis County Library and the St. Louis Public Library are joining forces this summer to offer a summer reading and exploration program called “STL Summer Adventure.”
The program, open to children 0 to 17, invites participants to “go on an adventure” with a focus on a variety of different activities in STEM, art, outdoors, St. Louis and reading. The program will run from June 1 to Aug. 10. Additional information is available at stlsummeradventure.org.
To commemorate the launch of the program, the library systems are also unveiling new St. Louis City SC-themed library cards May 8.
A kick-off event will be held Saturday, June 1 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Forest Park, in conjunction with Play Day in the Park.
