St. Louis County and The Salvation Army – Family Haven, opened the county’s cooling shelter Wednesday.
The hours of operation are 24 hours a day, seven days a week with no temperature restrictions.
The Shelter is located at the Salvation Army – Family Haven, 10740 Page Ave., 63132. It can accommodate up to 30 individuals at a time and provides hot meals, laundry facilities and case management services.
