The St. Louis County Police Department is investigating a fatal accident that left a Lemay man dead.

Nathaniel Tullock, 22, of the 4000 block of Dolbil Drive, 63125, was killed when the motorcycle he was driving crashed into the back of a pickup truck on Union Road near Park Hill Court last month.

According to police, officers from the South County Precinct responded to a call for service at 5:27 p.m. April 30. Tullock was traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on Union when he struck the pickup truck also traveling in the same direction.  Tullock was ejected from the motorcycle and transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he later succumbed to those injuries.

The driver of the pick-up truck was not injured.

The investigation is ongoing.
