• The Cliff Cave Branch of the St. Louis County Library, 5430 Telegraph Road, is hosting “Teens After Hours: Pizza and Trivia” from 6 – 7:30 p.m. Trivia topics include music, anime, superheroes and young adult books and movies. Open to ages 12 – 17. Registration is required at slcl.org/events.

• The St. Luke’s United Methodist Church Re-Sell-It Shoppe is having its quarter sale, where almost all items are only a quarter, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Parkhurst Building – St. Luke’s Methodist Church, 2761 Telegraph Road. The sale will have men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, including formal wear, as well as housewares, draperies, shoes, china sets, bakeware, jewelry and more.

• The Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site, 7400 Grant Road, is hosting a “Living History Program” on the life and death of Abolitionist Reverend Elijah P. Lovejoy at 2 p.m. The event is free, though reservations are required by calling 314-842-1867 ext. 230.
