Friday, June 21 

  • SAJE Senior Ministry is hosting chair yoga at 10:30 a.m. at Concord Trinity United Methodist Church, 5275 S. Lindbergh Blvd. Admission is $3 and SilverSneakers is accepted.

  • Adventure through Middle Earth by watching the extended editions of The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. This week, the Oak Bend Branch of the St. Louis County Library, 842 S. Holmes Ave., will be showing “The Two Tours” from 12 – 4 p.m. The film has a runtime of 223 minutes and an MPAA rating of PG-13. Open to adults.

Sunday, June 23 

  • Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 3600 Hampton Ave., has worship recorded and streamed every Sunday at 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Facebook and Youtube, and in-person.

Monday, June 24 

  • Start your morning off with a short program by Ranger Rob at “Coffee Chat with a Ranger” hosted by the Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site, 7400 Grant Road, from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. These “coffee chats” are an opportunity for rangers to choose a topic of interest to share with others.
