Despite the rainy evening, fireworks lit up the sky at the 2025 JB Blast.
The JB Blast — South County’s “biggest Fourth of July celebration” — returned to the Jefferson Barracks Veterans Memorial Amphitheatre on June 27.
Following a storm that swept across St. Louis earlier that day, attendees settled their camping chairs into the damp grass to watch fireworks explode across the sky. The fireworks show started almost an hour early to beat another wave of rain at 9 p.m.
