Registration will begin Sept. 1 for “Learn to Skate” programs offered by the St. Louis County Parks and Recreation Department at the Kennedy Recreation Complex, 6050 Wells Road.
Skating programs for participants 3 years old to adult will be offered, according to a news release issued by the department.
