The sixth annual Oakville Community Holiday Crawl was held on Dec. 6 at various local small businesses on Telegraph Road.
Participating businesses included: Addi Lu’s, Agape Yoga, Aloha Hawaiian Shave Ice, Axiom Engraving, Baked by Ashley, Bill Gianino’s, Blarney Stone Sports Bar & Grill, Crisis Aid International, Crown Collective Salon and Spa, Crown Vision Center, Crusoe’s, Faith Oakville, Fix Nutrition, Frankie G’s, Garvey’s Grill, Glo Tanning, Handyman Hardware, Irene’s Floral Design, Minuteman Press, Monte Nido, Oakville Chamber of Commerce, Oberweis Ice Cream & Dairy, Planthaven Farms, Pretzel Boys, Rollup Ice Cream & Tea, Thai Touch, Treats Unleashed and Tribble Vapors.
Shoppers were able to enter a drawing, with gift baskets full of local goodies going to the winners. For eligibility, shoppers were required to pick up a punch card — which could be obtained at any of the participating businesses on the day of the event — and receive at least eight punches from various locations.
