Tammy Toby, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marc Toby of St. Louis, and Matt Pleviak, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pleviak of Rushville, Ill., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Toby is a 1994 graduate of Affton High School and a 1999 graduate of Meramec Community College and Webster University. She is employed by Suburban Pediatrics.
Her fiance, Pleviak, is a 1993 graduate of Rushville High School and a 1996 graduate of Western Illinois University. He is employed by the St. Louis County Police Department.
The couple plan a Sept. 25 wedding at St. Anthony’s of Padua Church in St. Louis.
