The Historic Sappington House, 1015 S. Sappington Road, is hosting two concerts this fall to raise funds for renovation of the house and museum, and the relocation of another historic home, the Joseph Sappington Log Cabin.
The first concert is Sept. 24 from 4-7 p.m. and features Rogers and Nienhaus, a rock/folk duo. The second concert is Oct. 8 from 4-7 p.m. and features a battle of the bands between Wild HouseKats and the Sappingtones.
Gates open at 3 p.m. for both concerts. Tickets are $20 for adults and free for children under 12.
The Barn restaurant onsite will be offering food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for sale during both concerts. Bring your own lawn chairs. Parking available at Crestwood Elementary School and in the overflow lot off Reco Avenue. Call 314-822-8171 for more information.
